According to the procedures that have been passed by State Prosecutor General D.Dorligjav, prosecutors in Ulaanbaatar city were examined between January 5 and 6. Prosecutors Professional Council is examining the test result to define the professional knowledge of the officials. Results will be concluded next week.

The examination is taken according to law 42.2 on Prosecuting organizations. It indicates examination of prosecutors’ activity and professional knowledge should be examined every three years. Also prosecutors in countryside were involved in the examination.
