The 7th Mongolia Mining, international exhibition opened at the Buyant Ukhaa Sports Palace on 5th of April.
Nearly 130 leading mining companies and organizations representing 16 different countries have come to Ulaanbaatar for the three-day exhibition. Among them, firms from Australia, the US, Germany, the Russian Federation, Japan, the People’s Republic of China, Belarus, Canada, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Korea, India, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Sweden are exhibiting their mining equipment products.
The event is being jointly organised by Minex Mongolia Co. Ltd, Expo Mongolia Co. Ltd., and the International Expo Bureau of Mongolia. 'Mongolian Mining' is traditionally the most important technological event of the country; it comes under the auspices of the Ministry of Mining, Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Mineral Resource Authority of Mongolia.
