The so-called ‘48 hour’ – short films are currently debuting at the ‘I Cinema’. A total of 28 teams registered for the competition, however only 18 managed to send their short films on time. The event started yesterday (4^th October); today will be your last chance to see the entries. The awards ceremony will take place at the ‘Black Box’ cinema on 7^th of October at 19.00.

Registered filmmakers were required to make their short films within 48 hours from 30^th September to 2^nd October. Each team had to select its movie genre in a random draw 15 minutes before the start of the competition.

The winning film will go up against films from around the world at Filmapalooza 2017 for a chance at the grand prize and an opportunity to screen in next year's Cannes Film Festival's 'Court Métrage' – or short film category.
