On September 6, to the Republic of Buryatia arrived representatives of
Mongolia’s armed forces for holding final consultations on the forthcoming
Russian-Mongolian teachings “Selenga-2012″. As the reporter BakuToday in
the press-service of the Eastern military district, currently training at
Burduny almost completed preparations for the forthcoming international
teachings. A joint reconnaissance of the teachings, tested it in armament and
military equipment.

Logistic and technical services in conjunction with third-party organizations
arranged all the activities of the comprehensive logistics troops, dealt with
nutrition and bathing-laundry personnel of the armed forces of Mongolia in
accordance with national traditions.

The teachings of the “Selenga-2012″ will take place from 21 September to 1
October. It draws approximately 300 soldiers of the Eastern military district
command (VVO) and 250 from the Mongolian armed forces, will be employed more
than 100 units of military and special equipment on both sides.

Russian-Mongolian “Selenga” exercises are carried out with the 2008 year. In
the autumn of last year it was held in Mongolia on the basis of the Tavan
tolgoi training centre.
