A Mongolian judo team is to fly to Russia’s fourth-largest city, Yekaterinburg, for the Grand Prix competition this weekend.

Mongolia and Japan are currently marking the 15th anniversary of the establishment of official diplomatic relations. To celebrate this, Mongolia is to organise a Japanese Culture Day at the Mongolia-Japan Center on 20th of May.

Russian Rosseti LLC is to implement a project establishing a renewable energy network in Mongolia. Oleg Mikhailovich Budargin, Director General of Rosseti LLC, discussed the plan with Mongolian Prime Minister J.Erdenebat, on Tuesday 16th May.

A total of 30 thousand people including embassy staff from 17 countries and their families have registered to participate in the marathon. In the summer of 2017, Mongolia will be welcoming 10,000 Scouts from 40 countries to the 31st Asia Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree. The theme for the event is “Go Nomad”.
