Ban on mineral licenses ends on December 1

Following an initiative from President Ts.Elbegdorj issue
of all mining licenses has been suspended until December 1.Officials of the
Mineral Resources Authority have said they will have to issue licenses after
that date if Parliament does not extend the term of suspension.
