J.Otgontsagaan,general secretary
of Mongolian Olympic Committee has elected as member of Sport and Environment
Commission of International Olympic Committee. J.Otgontsagaan first Mongolian who
elected as member of International Olympic Committee commission.

J.Otgontsagaan was born in 1962
