Prof. J.Chinburen, Director of the National Cancer Centre of Mongolia, has become a premium member of the French Surgery Academy named after the famous surgeon Georges Mareschal.

The Mongolian Transport Department has been issuing ‘C’ category international transport documents to enterprises which operate under the country’s laws.

Earlier today (11 January), the Mongolian Cabinet decided to liquidate some state owned enterprises; namely, the Sainshand Agricultural Complex, the Mongol Farming Corporation, the Mongol Meat Corporation, Mongol Stamp and the Road Equipment Leasing.

Yesterday (10 January), the Mongolian Cabinet decided to transform the Erdenet Mining Corporation (EMC) into a shareholding company and offered the pubic share ownership of the plant.

Earlier today, Bloomberg TV Mongolia organised a forum entitled ‘Smog less Ulaanbaatar’ at the capital’s Blue Sky hotel. During the forum, participants noted that toxic air of Ulaanbaatar city is being blamed for 79 percent of respiratory diseases.
