The fourth Assembly of Mongolian Democratic Union (MDU) is being held at Ulaanbaatar Palace on Saturday. 3,800 delegates from the capital and local settlements are taking part in the assembly.

MP and Head of MDU Kh.Battulga opened the assembly with a speech and he introduced a research result of political current situation, bribery, and press freedom that has been compared to international circumstances.

Other delegates including former Prime Minister D.Byambasuren and Head of Mongolian Journalists Union B.Galaarid noted that the first goals of democracy have been distorted.
Also MP and Hero of Mongolia E.Bat-Uul stated that Mongolia has abundant reserve of mineral resources. He underlined that the state should keep democracy and mentioned Chile as a country that lost its democracy for while due to mineral resources. He noted that housing program for citizens through mineral resources revenue could be implemented. E.Bat-Uul has suggested housing of ger district residents and he has viewed that it would benefit the country development. He stated democracy revolution value ability should be kept. E.Bat-Uul reminded that socialistic some structure could be again formed in the country and he appealed the delegates to fight with formation of former socialistic structures.
