The Judges Council met at the State Supreme Court (SSC) on Wednesday to discuss the appointment of Court General Council staff and other issues.

At the meeting, S.Nyamjav, head of the Criminal Matter Chamber of the SSC; B.Undrakh, head of the Civil Matter Chamber of the SSC; and A.Enkhbaatar, Judge General of the Sukhbaatar aimag court were all made members of the Judges Council.

Other judges were named members of the Court Qualification Committee. Participants also heard 2011 reports by the Court Qualification Committee, the Court Discipline Committee, and the Judges Council.

After the meeting, a seminar for judges general was held and participants discussed criminal, civil, and administrative hearings. Also, the heads of the SSC chambers stated some problems of the court.
