The Judo Wrestling World Cup was held in Bulgaria and Georgia over the weekend.
Three Mongolian women competed in the women’s tournament in Sofia, Bulgaria, with Ts.Naranjargal winning a silver medal in the 70 kg division and D.Sumiya taking fifth place in the 57 kg division. A total of 193 judo wrestlers from 43 countries took part in the women’s tournament.

G.Tuvshinjargal, O.Uuganbayar, and N.Batsuuri competed in the men’s tournament in Tbilisi, Georgia, but they failed to win any medals. Overall, 220 athletes from 41 countries competed in the men’s tournament.
