
Ts.Elbegdorj stated that the President and Prime Minister should have united position in appointment of ministers along the Constitution and he proposed some issues.
Firstly, the President considered on that there is not necessity to appoint First and Deputy Premiers when to form a new cabinet. According to his words, it would be a good decision to save budget capital.
Secondly, the President noted that cabinet members could not be appointed from Parliament and responsibility of new ministers could be a crucial issue. Ts.Elbegdorj hoped that he and the Premier will work together over the matters. President said that cabinet members should recognize criticism that Parliament and Government’s mechanism to take responsibility measures has been failed.
Thirdly, he underlined that Mongolians are suffering from gasoline and some consumer goods” price raise and the state officials and the cabinet are guilty in this situation.
The Prime Minister stated to study and substantiate the items suggested by the President.
