Managing officials from Ulaanbaatar are visiting the city of Khuh in China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The delegation is headed by Ulaanbaatar’s deputy mayor, B.Baatarzorig

The delegates met with Khuh city officials and discussed ways to increase cooperation between the two cities.

The Khuh officials stated their readiness to cooperate in all possible spheres. Khuh is developing rapidly and has a per capita GDP of RMB 10,000 (about MNT 2 million). Khuh has large milk production and energy industries, and GDP is RMB 186 billion.

Khuh Mayor Wang Bu offered to hold a “Culture Days” program in Ulaanbaatar next year. He added that Khuh officials would benefit from studying investment trends in Ulaanbaatar.
