After the State Property Committee appointed B.Battogtokh head of the state biological plant in May 2011, he dismissed Ts.Ulziitogtokh, a technologist at the plant.

B.Battogtokh claimed Ts.Ulziitogtokh was involved in the production of counterfeit vaccines and asked police to look into the matter.

But Ts.Ulziitogtokh complained to a Chingeltei district court that B.Battogtokh’s selection and appointment as head of the plant was illegal. A hearing scheduled for Wednesday was postponed at the request of the complainant. It is the fourth time the hearing has been postponed, and some are questioning whether the former technologist is trying to mislead the public.
