On Monday, the NGO Justice for Citizens informed at press conference that they will send a note to President Ts.Elbegdorj, Prime Minister S.Batbold, Speaker D.Demberel and 76 MPs.

The note has five urgencies of revising documents of 500 citizens who have damaged from legislation organizations’ wrong decisions and have waited for decisions. It has also written to take responsibility measures to judges who have decided wrong decisions and to dismiss all staff of judges of the State Supreme Court. The note has demanded that judge’s decision should be solved behalf of the state because judges’ decisions behalf of Mongolia has not had theoretical basis. Besides, the note has written to citizens’ representatives could take part in court decision not only to propose opinions. Ultimately, the note has demanded to establish people’s court that to implement judicial reform.
The NGO members requested to support work of human rights immunity that has been suggested by the NGO. They noted that human rights should be protected in investigation, prosecutors’ and court organizations.

The NGO Justice for Citizens has requested the President, Prime Minister, Speaker, and MPs would have possibility to meet the NGO member relating to implement the note within October 15. The members have also stated to establish a working group of research the note implementation within October 20.
