An assembly of the United Russia Party was held on September 23 and 24 in Moscow. An MPP delegation headed by deputy speaker and head of the Mongolian-Russian parliamentary group N.Enkhbold took part in the assembly at the invitation of the party.
The delegates passed a letter from Prime Minister and head of the MPP S.Batbold to the party leaders, and called on Prime Minister of Russia and head of the United Russia Party V. Putin, as well as Speaker of the State Duma B.V. Gryzlov, and head of the Standing Committee on Foreign Policy and deputy secretary of the party K.I. Kosachev.
The Mongolian People’s Party and United Russia Party have traditionally cooperated on parliamentary relations, bilateral relations, and youth and women’s issues.
