E-Mongolia 4.0 version, which is the updated version of united system of state service and is based on AI, has successfully accessed to public use by development of “E-Mongolia Academia” today /2024.05.07/. More than 200 guests, such as Prime Minister L.Oyun-Erdene, Digital Development and Communication Minister N.Uchral, other parliamentery members, government and private sector representatives has participated opening ceremony.

E-Mongolia, which is able to serve 181 services of 23 organizations, was introduced to public in October 1, 2020. As of today, it introduced 1233 services of 86 organizations and has 1.8 million users which is more than 70 percent of Mongolian population. Citizens have taken 46 millions services successfully for 4 years. Therefore, total services has saved 922 billion MNT indirect costs and 144 billion MNT direct costs.

The updated version of E-Mongolia 4.0 introduces artificial intelligence-based smart actions that protect citizens.

By changing the interface, all the information about vehicles, movable and immovable property, and ownership of the enterprise was placed in a special field in the profile section. The ability to search for services using your voice has been created based on artificial intelligence. Transmit the data of flood, water, and gas sensors, get medical test results, view prescription history, and more services are available now.
