Today (10 May), Mongolia’s daily covid-19 cases has risen slightly to 94, but had been under 100.  Deaths and hospitalizations have stayed low, despite the ending of all restrictions. Many are pointing to the high vaccination rate in Mongolia. More than 66 percent of all adults have received their full dose of vaccination while one million people get booster shots.

So far, Mongolia has 922,387  confirmed cases of coronavirus.

On 14 March, 2022, Mongolia lifted all testing and quarantine regulations, regardless of the vaccination status of foreign travellers. Mongolia has reopened its borders to international tourism since 14 February.
