An exhibition commemorating the centennial of the Ministry of Defense has opened at the Mongol Military Museum. Entitled “Defense Ministry – 100,” the exhibition was organized by the ministry, the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and the Central Archive of the Defense Ministry. It will run until December. The exhibition examines the history of the ministry, its past leaders, and its troops. It also looks at Mongolia’s role in international peacekeeping missions, and the history of military-civilian relations in Mongolia.
