Since the beginning of June, daily confirmed COVID-19 cases surpassed 2000 in Mongolia. Today (18 June), the country of three million has confirmed 2736 cases of coronavirus; 1876 of them in Ulaanbaatar and the remainder in the provinces.

Unfortunately, a 34 year-old man and ten people aged 71-92 have died of the virus; bringing the total death toll to 411.

So far, Mongolia has had 88516 confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Currently, 470 pregnant women and 2014 children are under treatment at hospitals after having been confirmed with coronavirus.
