On Monday, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) delivered a batch of COVID-19 vaccines to the Mongolian armed forces at the latter’s request and with the approval of the Central Military Commission, said China’s Ministry of National Defence. A total of 100,000 doses were delivered to Ulaanbaatar on 23 February by military plane.
Prior to this, Mongolia has already received 300,000 doses of the vaccine developed by China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp, better known as Sinopharm.
