Mongolia’s daily new cases of coronavirus have been rising this week. Today (9 February), Mongolia confirmed 47 new cases, bringing the total number in the country of three million to 2120. The situation is worst in the capital; the total confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Ulaanbaatar has reached 1284 following the emergence of two new pandemic epicenters.

To date, 73 percent, or 1546 people with coronavirus, have recovered.
