Today (9 December), Mongolia reported five new confirmed cases of coronavirus, bringing the total tally to 893. In the last 24 hours, there were no new cases of coronavirus in Ulaanbaatar and four provinces, but three cases were confirmed in Selenge Province and two health workers in the National Centre for Communicative Diseases.

So far, Mongolia has 443 cases of local transmissions of coronavirus. These are asfollows:

128 confirmed cases in Ulaanbaatar

207 confirmed cases in Selenge Province

45 confirmed cases in Darkhan-Uul Province

31 confirmed cases in Dornogobi Province

25 confirmed cases in Orkhon Province

4 confirmed cases in Gobisumber Province

3 confirmed cases in Arkhangai Province

Currently, 500 people with coronavirus infection are under treatment at three hospitals nationwide.
