Mongolia took part in the International Tourism Exhibition that was held in the Chinese port city of Tianjin from September 2 to 4. Other countries taking part included China, Japan, South Korea, and Russia.

Employees of the Tourism Board of the Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism and the National Center for Tourism promoted tourism in Mongolia and educated attendees about tourist sites in the country.
