Health Minister S.Lambaa is taking part in the UN Population Fund’s high-level meeting on reproductive health. The meeting is taking place in New York. It began on Wednesday and concludes on Friday.

Eighty delegates, including health ministers from 12 nations, are attending the meeting.  
Lambaa presented a paper about providing family-planning services in underserved communities, and the Mongolian government’s efforts to improve medical services in the countryside.

The minister will also meet with UNFPA Executive Director Babatunde Osotimehin and UNICEF Asia Pacific Director Jeeta Rao Gupta.
