China has closed its borders to foreign nationals since 23 March. However, over 170 Mongolians have eager to go there; 110 of them are married to Chinese nationals, more than 60 are businessmen, the remainder include students who study in the country.

Some 12 thousand Mongolian students study in China; however, it’s unclear when Chinese universities will start the 2020-2021 academic year.
