Mongolian customs said on Monday that they recently seized six grams of narcotic drugs from a Mongolian citizen.

“We foiled an attempt to smuggle six grams of narcotic drugs hidden in a plastic wet tissue bag via Gashuunsukhait border point on July 10,” it said in a statement.

According to Mongolian law, a person who is found guilty of trafficking drugs will be sentenced to at least two years in prison.
