Earlier today (7 May), the Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) began a special training for preparation and readiness in the Chingeltei District of Ulaanbaatar.  Over 150,000 residents and over 8000 enterprises in Chingeltei District, which is located in the centre of the capital, have been confined to their homes and transportation halted.
