Since January, Mongolia has put 1206 people under observation for coronavirus. Currently, 715 individuals have been isolated; 171 of them are those who were in close contact with the French national who appears to have brought the virus into the country. The 57-year-old father of two is now undergoing treatment at the National Centre for Communicative Diseases in Ulaanbaatar. His condition is stable and he has been diagnosed with having a lung inflammation. In addition, 70 of the 107 passengers of the Moscow flight, which the Frenchman took, have been identified and isolated.
Also, 63 people in Darkhan-Uul Province have been put under observation. An additional 16 individuals have been isolated in Selenge Province.
