A team from the World Health Organisation (WHO) arrived earlier today (2 March) in Mongolia to advise and support the country in preventing the spread of coronavirus outbreak that, so far, has killed more than 3000 people in China and 64 other countries.

The WHO team will work in National Centre for Communicative Disease, the Central Military Hospital, the Health Centre, Chingeltei District Hospital as well as the border provinces of Selenge and South Gobi (Umnugobi) until 11 March.

Earlier today, Health Minister D.Sarangerel was connected online with the WHO team while has been working in NCCD and discussed the programmed to be implemented in Mongolia.
