Famous Mongolian academic B.Byambaa has received the Advanced Scientific Award for his research work of Advanced Technology for Preventing and Treating Animals with Parasitic Diseases. He also has been awarded a cash award of MNT 100 million. B.Byambaa has been worked in this field of research for over 20 years.
The award ceremony was held at State House today (19 December). Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh congratulated B.Byambaa and wished him success in his future research.
Some drugs namely, Avermonmek and Alimonzol invented by B.Byambaa, has been produced in Mongolia and have contributed to offsetting drug imports worth MNT 147.4 billion.
