Earlier today (13 September), some members of the Mongolian Parliament boycotted an irregular session aimed at demanding discussion on a loan agreement presented by Deputy Speaker U.Enkhtuvshin. The loan agreement has not been discussed at either the Standing Committees nor in parliamentary session. According to some sources, the Deputy Speaker called MPs to boycott the session by pulling out their cards from the voting device. MP S.Chinzorig, Ts.Nyamdorj and Ch.Khurelbaatar joined the boycott.
After that, Parliamentary Speaker G.Zandanshatar, tasked the Justice Sub-Committee to hold a meeting about charging Deputy Speaker U.Enktuvshin for disturbing the session.
