Well-known ‘Eagle Huntress’, Aisholpan is co-starring with her father in a new video called ‘Altai’ from Mongolian folk band ‘Boerte’.

Aisholpan is an ethnic Kazakh, from Bayan Ulgii in the far west of Mongolia. Amidst the towering peaks of the Altai mountains, the Kazakhs have, for generations, used eagles for hunting.  Aisholpan  became famous after she starred in the main role of the ‘Eagle Huntress’ documentary by director Otto Bell. The teenager has become a role model for girls, not just in Mongolia, but around the world. In 2017, Aisholpan won the Asia Game Changer Awards.

‘Boerte’ released their first song ‘Gobi’. The song has done much to help Mongolia promote its great nature and rich culture to the world.
