A Mongolian woman who had been reported missing ten days ago in Chicago was found safe on Thursday. According to the Mongolian Embassy in the United States, 32-year-old “A” was last seen in a northern district of the city and has been officially missing since 30 March.

Chicago Police Department and Mongolians living in the USA in cooperation with our embassy have organized an extensive manhunt for her. Mongolians living in the US, of whom there are many in Chicago, have collected donations and hired private detectives. It now turns out, that all the while, the young woman was in hospital and nobody seems to have known.
