The Mongolian Parliament has backed President Kh.Battulga’s proposal on consultation regarding the appointment of B.Jargalsaikhan  to the position of Prosecutor General of Mongolia by a majority. Following the vote, the appointment was ratified by presidential decree.

Separately, President Kh.Battulga issued a decree dismissing B.Amgalanbaatar from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of Mongolia.

Presidential Chief of Staff Z.Enkhbold outlined the decree to the staff members of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
