South Korean Prime Minister Lee Nak-yeon is to visit Ulaanbaatar on 25-27 March at the invitation of his Mongolian counterpart U.Khurelsukh.
During the visit, South Korean Premier will meet Mongolian President Kh.Battulga and Speaker of Parliament G.Zandanshatar as well as to hold official talks with PM U.Khurelsukh. The two sides will discuss the development of cooperation between Mongolia and South Korea in politics, defence, trade, investment, the economy, energy, environment, culture, road and transportation as well as supporting public participation and the exchange of views on international and regional issues.
The South Korean PM plans to visit Mongolia every four years; the last occasion a Mongolian prime minister visited Seoul was in January 2018.
