The Mongolian Children’s Book Palace is showcasing its rare book collections at an exhibition in the Library of the National University of Mongolia. At the exhibition, which started earlier today (28 December), the first ever Mongolian textbooks went on display.

The first elementary school was established (currently the 3^rd School of Ulaanbaatar) in 1921 after the Mongolian Revolution. The textbooks date from that time.
