Mongolian athlete G.Zandanbal (men’s 100m breaststroke) set a new national record with 1:02.93, while B.Enkhkhuslen (women’s 200m freestyle) made a new record with 2:04.84, coming 37th out of a total of 56 countries.
Athletes from 60 countries are currently participating in the 14th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m). The competition kicked off in Hangzhou, China on Tuesday (11 December). A team of 4 athletes are representing Mongolia in the world championship.
The championship is to end on 18 December.
