A delegation from Facebook Asia Pacific is currently making a working visit to Mongolia from 4-7 September, at the invitation of the Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia.

The delegation consists of George Chen, Head of Public Policy for Hong Kong and Taiwan at Facebook, Michael Yoon Policy Manager, Safety and Content, Roy Tan, Politics & Government Outreach Manager, and others.

The delegation has already held discussions on information security on the Internet with the authorities of the Communications Regulatory Commission of Mongolia and the Communications and Information Technology Authority. According to George Chen, young Mongolians actively use Facebook and Instagram while business use Facebook for advertising their services and products.
