The Ulaanbaatar Mayor’s Office reported that tickets for the opening ceremony of the National Naadam Festival will be sold by one-point services at four locations in Ulaanbaatar. You will be able to get your tickets at the Dunjingarav Shopping Centre, the Dragon Bus Terminal, Misheel Expo and the Orgil Shopping Centre.

In recent years, there has been public dissatisfaction over the sale of Naadam tickets. People have been known to queue for days and nights to get the tickets for when many consider to be the event of the year. Recently, the Ulaanbaatar Mayor’s Office has being worked to provide an online service for buying Naadam tickets. Unfortunately, the facility will not be ready this year.

Ticket prices range from 16,000 to 24,000 MNT.  Tickets for foreigner visitors will be sold at 25 USD.

Naadam or three Manly Games (wrestling, archery, and horse racing) will be held on 10-13 July.
