Mongolia beat the Russian team, 21-18, in Pool C of the FIBA 3×3 World Cup Monday at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan. The Mongolian team is leading in Pool C after beating the Philippines and Russia and now faces Brazil. A total of 20 national teams are taking part in the competition.

Last year, Mongolian 3×3 basketball team became Asian champion. The Mongolian squad is composed of D.Delgernyam (6’3), E.Dulguun, E.Tsereenbaatar (6’6) and G.Tsenguubayar.
