Mongolian Foreign Minister D.Tsogtbaatar is visiting  the United States from 18-22 May. During the visit, D.Tsogtbaatar has held talks with his U.S. counterpart Mike Pompeo and other senior officials. The two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The two countries are focusing on expanding economic relations and developing a roadmap to strengthen cooperation.

Mongolia and USA marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomat relations in 2017.
