The Dornod Musical Drama has won the Grand Prix at the 14th Gegeen Musa Dramatic Art Festival with ‘Talking Tree’, directed and written by B.Munkh-Amidral. The festival, which is held every two years, took place at the Mongolian National Academic Drama Theatre on 13 May.

Over 50 plays competed in the festival; 26 of them got through to the final stage. The finalist performances were staged on 7-13 May. Artists and judges from Russia, Kosovo, Hong Kong, Inner Mongolia, the USA, Argentina and Ukraine participated in the festival.
