Yesterday (18 April) B.Bulgan, better known as the wife of the famous S.Zorig was questioned by Mongolia’s General Intelligence Authority and had to sign various confidential documents, said her lawyer Ts.Guyenbat. However, G.Baysman, inspection prosecutor from the State General Prosecutor’s Office of Mongolia, reported that B.Bulgan is being questioned as a defendant of the S.Zorig murder case.

According to the prosecutor, new material evidence related to B.Bulgan was revealed by investigation for subscriber of S.Zoring murder case. B.Bulgan is the only witness to the murder of S.Zorig, who was one of  the leaders of Mongolia’s 1990 Democratic Revolution.

Last year, Ts.Amgalanbaatar, B.Sodnomdarjaa and T.Chimgee were sentenced to 24-25 years imprisonment for brutally murdering S.Zorig on 2 October  1998.
