On Saturday, a total of 3333 Mongolian pupils from secondary schools gathered on Ulaanbaatar’s Sukhbaatar square and recited ‘Independence’ – a poem by People’s Writer D.Purevdorj. Mongolia’s President Kh.Battulga also read the poem with the schoolchildren to express the concept of patriotism and sovereignty.  

After reciting the poem, the crowd of children grouped together to dress in traditional ‘deels’ in order to create a map of Mongolia.
