Starting Monday 16 April, the working hours of the administrative organisations under the Governor’s Office of Ulaanbaatar city will begin at 8.00 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m.

On 5 April, S.Batbold, Governor of the Capital and Mayor of Ulaanbaatar issued a decree to change the working hours of the large number of civil servants  in order to relieve the traffic congestion and decrease traffic jams.

The decision will effect over 32 thousand civil servants who work in state-owned companies and city administration offices.

Previously, working hours started at 8.30 a.m. and finished at 5.30 p.m.
