All Mongolian museums are to be open free to the public from 1-8 March. The event, called ‘Museum Days’, is being organised by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sport. 

‘With aims to promote Mongolian culture, tradition and heritage based on the country’s tangible cultural heritage to the younger generation, to engender patriotism and to raise the profile of the museums’, the event will be organised every first week of March by the Order of the Minister. 

All museums will hold a special exhibition to promote Mongolian history, culture, tradition and national values.
