Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh has authorised several ministries to extend the holiday break for secondary schools in order to help reduce the seasonal spread of flu. Ts.Tsogzolmaa, Minister of Education, Culture and Science explained that schools will be closed for one month from 1 January 2018. The issue will be discussed by the Cabinet next week.

Health Minister D.Sarangerel said that “currently 6.2 percent of ambulatory check-ups diagnose flu. If it reaches 10 percent, it is considered to be an outbreak. Compared to the last week’s results, this week has seen a 1.3 percent increase.
