The Archeology Institute of the Science
Academy and the National Historical Museum have jointly organized a display of
Khunnu era items at Government House where the 10^th International
Mongolists Conference is being held.

A carpet and textiles from 2000
years ago are the prize attractions. The carpet has on it the outlines of a
wolf catching a deer and also of people doing household work. The items were
found at Noyon Mountain of Bornuur and Batsumber soums of Tuv aimag between
1924 and 1925 by an exploration team headed by a Russian, P.Kozlov.
