The legal team for B.Khurts, Administration Chief at the
National Security Council, feels a further appeal against his extradition to
Germany will not be productive but some members of the working group on the case
favor one more try.

A final decision has to be taken
within two weeks of the British High Court rejecting Khurts’s appeal. There are
still a few days to go before that.
